Everyday
GLOW
Music on repeat, meals worth savoring, and the little rituals that make life feel good.
Weekly Seared Cabbage Soup
Some recipes you make once and forget. This isn't one of them. My seared cabbage soup has become a non-negotiable part of my weekly routine — and once you try it, you'll understand why.
It starts with a technique most people skip: searing the cabbage before it ever hits the broth. That one step builds a depth of flavor that makes this soup taste like it simmered all day. From there, a classic mirepoix, Calabrian chili, Better Than Bouillon, and a full carton of chicken stock do the rest. The result is rich, a little spicy, and deeply satisfying.
I make a pot every week. I eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I add rice when I want something heartier. And every time I need to reset, debloat, or just feel good in my body, this is what I come back to. It's affordable, it takes about 30 minutes, and it keeps in the fridge for 4–5 days — which means one cook session carries you through almost the entire week.
This is the kind of recipe that proves simple ingredients, done with intention, are always enough.
Give it a try. I promise your weekly menu will never be the same.
Feel free to swap in your name, adjust the tone, or shorten it if you need fewer words for a specific layout. Want me to write a shorter version too — like a 2–3 sentence teaser for a homepage or thumbnail caption?
Music That Jumpstarts My Glow
I listen to music Every Single Day. This one here, give me all the feels. I play it when I’m already in a glow flow, or need to be reminded of one. I hope you love it too, and that this encourages you to create a “Glow” playlist yourself.
In Bloom
Arranged by me, styled for the everyday
Every two weeks, I bring home fresh flowers, turn on good music, and create a little moment of beauty. It’s one of my favorite ways to add softness, romanticism, and whimsy to everyday life, not for a special occasion, but simply because ordinary days deserve beauty too.
In Bloom is a glimpse into that ritual. A reminder that joy can live in the small things: arranging stems at the kitchen counter, letting your home feel a little more alive, and creating beauty just because it makes you smile.
If you’ve been looking for a sign to romanticize your own life a little more, this is it. Buy the flowers. Play the “Glow Baby, Glow” (or of course, one of your choosing . Make your everyday feel like something worth celebrating.
